Current opening for part to full time Insulation installer:
Job Summary (may include but not limited to):

• Must be comfortable working in tight spaces (Attics and Crawlspaces)
• Load and unload insulation material (must be able to lift 40 pounds)
• Complete prep work for installation (foaming penetrations, caulking gaps, installing baffles, etc)
• Cut sections of Batt insulation for proper fit (walls, ceilings, floors, etc)
• Install mesh fabric (netting)
• Load blower machine with material and blow instructed depth and density
• Install vapor and air barriers as needed
• Use common hand tools (knives, saws, staple guns, etc)
• Some HVAC ductwork repair and sealing as needed
• Properly maintain equipment and tools
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Pay is piece rate per job.
